 Lori graduated from the Art Center College of Design in California and began her career as a commercial illustrator working for clients such as Coca-Cola, Estee Lauder, Nordstroms and Godiva Chocolates. Lori has 12 books to her credit and numerous awards. Her most recent book, Beatrice’s Goat, was featured on Reading Rainbow, Good Morning America, Oprah and was on the New York Times Best Selling Picture Books for Children in 2001. Lori’s favorite subjects to paint have been based on her trips to Africa and Guatemala but her most recent favorite subject is that of her beautiful waterfront town of Rowayton, CT., where she resides with her husband and two children.
